We should try to incorporate a healthy lifestyle in our busy lives  which include an active routine of exercise plus eating well that.... is the best way to stay healthy. We don’t have that much time but an effective exercise program needs to be fun and keep you motivated. It helps to have a goal. Some goals might be to manage a health condition, reduce stress or buy clothes in a smaller size. Your exercise program can also be a good way for you to socialize. Taking exercise classes or exercising with a friend are both good ways to be social. You may have a hard time starting an exercise routine, but once you do start, you will begin to notice other benefits like better control of your weight and appetite, improved fitness, making it easier to do everyday activities, improved sleep and be more confident. You do not need to join a gym to exercise. If you have not exercised or been active in a long time, start slowly to prevent injuries. Taking a brisk 10-minute walk twice a week is a good start. Try joining a dance, yoga, or karate class if they appeal to you. You could also join a baseball or bowling team, or even a mall-walking group. The social aspects of these groups can be rewarding and motivating.

    I like the summer because, we can go to the beach and spend time with my friends and family, i like to swin and play voleball and the night we can go to dance.

    Is important to eat healthy food because our body needs energy. The mostly food that person eat are the vegetables and fruits. Fish has a lot of protein ,Is very important to eat fish. If you eat a candy It doesn’t mean that is mad, but frequently we can eat candy’s ,snacks ,chocolate ,etc. We need to drink a lot of water to have energy and our body can support. We can do exercise and then we can go to eat healthy food like meat, fish, cheese, milk and eggs.

I love weather of my Countries, because is diferent of other countries, I enjoy the summer with my family, and the winter time, I enjoy my house in spring, also enjoy the beloming of the flowers. Also I like me the summer because goes to the beach with my friends. The weather in Honduras is generally dry. in summer I go to the park and other countries of Honduras, for Example, La Ceiba, Tela, Copan, Lago de Yojoa in other, I like farm animals, to my family I like eat in the beach in summer.

    The temperature in Honduras does not change dramatically by the season, perhaps 5°C throughout the year. Instead, the temperature is entirely dependant on the elevation. For instance, the mountainous interior ranges from 16°C to 20°C, and is a little warmer in the dry season. Tegucigalpa, at 975m, has a temperate climate, with temperatures between 24°C and 29°C during the day in the dry season (they’re a bit cooler in the rainy season). The coastal lowlands on the Pacific and Caribbean sides are warmer and more humid year-round. Their temperatures range from 28°C to 32°C in the dry season; they’re about 3°C cooler (and more comfortable) in the rainy season.

    In general, the rainy season in Honduras runs from May to November in the interior and from September to January along the north coast and Bay Islands (with a chance of severe storms any time of the year). Heavy rains can cause flooding in the lowlands and mudslides in the mountains, and both can cause serious damage and impede travel. Hurricane season is from August to November; direct hits are uncommon, but are devastating when they do. Travelers should take evacuation orders very seriously.

My station of the favorite year is autumn, because it's cold or hot, no rain and ke like to see the ojas falling trees, for that time I like to walk through the park, going out with my family to recreational centers as angelea valley, saint what, the picacho, among others. I like to do jogging, fitness, etc. To my autumn is the best time of the year for improved social coexistence

    My favorite season is Summer. I like Summer because families go to the beach or to the swimming pool. In this season there's a lot of heat and you drink a lot of liquids, also you eat a lot of icecream.
    The type of clothes you use in Summer in very cool. The season fruits like pineapple, mango, watermelon and melon are delicious.

  16. The Weather in Honduras

    The weather in Honduras is not very good, as morning dawns with something very cool or cold but any moment begins to make much heat becomes unbearable. So I do not like the weather in my country. I like these cold days are very good, as I can wear a sweater and walk quiet but the days are very hot these if I do not like looking at all unlike the way of being in cold places.

    But still I love my country I try to see the good things in there even though the weather is not very good, there are other things I enjoy.
